All items are shipped through Australia Post. A tracking number for your order will be provided when available. Most items will arrive within 3 to 5 business days within Australia.

 

International shipping times vary according to end destination. Most parcels should arrive within 3 weeks.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All work is hand made by Rowley Drysdale in his studio at Quixotica Art Space in Cooroy on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland. As all pieces are one of a kind, slight variations in size, glaze and design will occur.

 

If your purchase arrives damaged, we will happily exchange it for a similar piece of equal value. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on damaged goods. Please ensure a secure shipping location is provided as we are unable to give refunds for stolen or lost packages. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
